Sri Vimlendu Tripathi and Sri Sandeep Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2 do not have any objection, if the said liberty is granted to the revisionist except a caveat that the case sought to be committed, is not a cross case. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
