APARESH KUMAR SINGH Order 21/06/2025 Learned Additional Judge, Family Court, Agartala has awarded interim maintenance @ Rs.15,000/- per month to the petitioner-wife vide impugned order dated 19.04.2025 in the pending Crl.Misc.368 of 2023 instituted under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Petitioner, being aggrieved, has approached this Court seeking enhancement of the interim maintenance. She submits that number of grounds have been raised for payment of a higher maintenance amount. However after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner Ms. Maitri Majumder seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition and raise all such grounds available in law and on facts before the learned Family Court in the main maintenance case.
