The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call the record of the case and after its perusal, quash the F.I.R. against the petitioner.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge-sheet has been filed and trial is in progress and some of the witnesses have been examined. 4. Considering the fact that the trial is in progress and some of the witnesses have been examined, we do not find any good ground to entertain this petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition deserves to be and is hereby dismissed. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court for necessary compliance and follow up action.
