By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2025 has not been considered by the respondents 3 & 4, so far. 5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents 3 & 4 to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law.
