The petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent no. 2 i.e. Uttar Pradesh State Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Council, Agra to decide Case No. UDYAM-UP-01-0025135/S/00002 (M/s Sarthak Poly Plast Pvt. Ltd. Vs. M/s Khandelwal Akshay PVC Pipes Pvt. Ltd.) within a stipulated time. 2. The aforesaid proceedings are stated to be pending under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. It is the own case of the petitioner that under Section 29-A, a specific time limit is prescribed for making the award. 3. In view of the aforesaid statutory provision, we find no good ground to issue any direction but leave it open to the petitioner to move appropriate application before respondent no. 2 bringing to its notice the said provision, so that appropriate decision is taken in the light of the said provision. 4.
