This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by revisional Court dated 18.10.2024 passed in Civil Revision No.14(8) of 2024. No writ petition lies against the remand order. However, considering the fact that revisional Court has recorded findings of fact while remanding the matter to the trial Court for deciding the application afresh, the trial Court is expected to proceed with the matter afresh and decide the same in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, without being influenced by the findings recorded by the revisional Court. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
