The oil company is directed to decide on petitioner's complaint dated 22nd January, 2025 as followed up on 2nd July, 2025 regarding cancellation of selection of respondent no.3. For the purpose, said private respondent is to be noticed by the oil company and, inter alia, petitioner's assistance may also be required. Certified copy of this order along with copies of complaints dated 22nd January, 2025 and 2nd July, 2025 be communicated by petitioner to respondent no.1.
