The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in Crime No.63 of 2025 on the file of Jangareddigudem Police Station, Eluru District, for the alleged offence under Sections 329 (3), 74, 115 (2), 351 (2) r/w 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the matter is still at the investigation stage. 4. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, the criminal petition is disposed off, directing the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer, for the purpose of investigation in Crime No.63 of 2025, dated 03.02.2025 on the file of Jangareddigudem Police Station, Eluru District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
