Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.12, Azamgarh, to expedite the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 553 of 2014 (Doodhnath vs. Om Dharma Devi and Others), under Section 420 I.P.C., Police Station - Nizamabad, District - Azamgarh, and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has filed the aforesaid case in the year 2014 but no substantial progress has been made so far and thus, a direction may be issued to the concerned court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the trial Court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
