No. 55, situated at Bandarlagudem Village, Buttaigudem Mandal. 2. It is submitted that the petitioners are also in possession of the pattadar passbook and in enjoyment of the land. It is also submitted that the 2nd respondent, at the behest of respondent Nos. 5 and 6, is trying to interfere 2 with the agricultural operations of the petitioners and directing them to vacate the agricultural land. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, upon written instructions, submits that the 2nd respondent never visited the above fields and that the 2nd respondent has never interfered with the issue as alleged in the writ petition. 4. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
