The present petition has been filed challenging the first information report dated 02.04.2025 registering Case Crime No. 0129 of 2025, under Section 109(1) of B.N.S., Police Station-Panki, District-Kanpur Nagar. Recital in the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence. It has been alleged in the first information report that the petitioner alongwith main accused had repeatedly fired several rounds at the first informant. Even though no one has been injured but the act of firing itself at the first informant would amount to an act of commission of offence under Section 109(1) of B.N.S. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
