2. This is an application filed under Order IX Rule 4 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, the Code) for restoration of the Misc. Case No.203/2015 which was dismissed on 09.05.2018 for non- prosecution.
3. It is seen from the records that vide an order passed on 28.11.2022 in IA(C)No.994/2019, the Coordinate Bench of this Court had already condoned the delay in filing the instant application seeking restoration of the Misc.Case No.203/2015.
4. This Court had perused the reasons assigned in the instant application and is of the opinion that the said reasons so assigned are sufficient for the purpose of restoration of Misc. Case No.203/2015 to file. Accordingly, the Misc.Case No.203/2015 is restored to the file.
