Accordingly, Paragraph-4 of the order dated 11.08.2025 is modified to the extent that the second line of Paragraph-4 shall be read as “it was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused Rudni Devi, who is wife of Kameshwar Saw” instead of “it was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused Radhiya Devi, who is wife of Kameshwar Saw”. 3.
