Notice of the application to non-applicant/respondent. Mr. Anil Kumar Lamdharia, learned Addl.P.P. UT, Chandigarh accepts notice on behalf of non-applicant-respondent No.1 and raises no objection to the prayer made by applicant-petitioner. In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed as prayed for subject to all just exceptions. As a result thereof, main petition, which is fixed for hearing on 17.09.2025, is ordered to be taken up on Board today itself. Learned counsel for petitioner has produced copy of judgment dated 18.12.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandigarh which is taken on record as Mark ‘X’. Registry to tag the same at appropriate place. 3. Perusal of the aforesaid judgment reveals that petitioner stands acquitted. 4. Learned State counsel acknowledged the above factual position. 5. In view of the above, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. 6. Ordered accordingly. 7. Needless to say that above observations be not construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case, in any manner.
