Present petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 24.08.2025, registered as case crime no.179 of 2025, under section 137(2), 87, 352, 351(2) BNS, 2023, Police Station Utraon, District Prayagraj and further not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to said FIR. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 4.
