Mr. Rajib Saha is present on behalf of the respondent. Seen the report of the IO. By order dated 11.06.2025, the present applicant was granted pre-arrest bail with certain conditions. At the time of hearing, Learned Senior Counsel drawn the attention of the Court that the present place of posting of the applicant is at Bishramganj but as per direction of the Court, he cannot leave the jurisdiction of the respective PS to render his service. So, he urged for modification of the order to enable him to render his job smoothly at Bishramganj. Also, heard Learned Addl. P.P. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is hereby permitted to leave the jurisdiction of the 2 PS for the purpose of service until further order but it is made clear that he shall furnish his available mobile phone numbers to the IO of the case, so that he may be called for as and when requires for the purpose of investigation. Other condition would remain same. A copy of this order be communicated to IO through Learned Addl. P.P. A copy of this order be supplied to Learned Senior Counsel for information.
