This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue order or direction to the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.05, Allahabad to decide the application dated 18.04.2025 filed in Misc. Case No.1938/2022 (Zainul Abdeen Vs. Smt. Neha Parveen) under Section 25 of Guardianship and Wards Act, 1890, which is pending before him, -expeditiously within a specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2022, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arbaz Danish, Mohd Rizwan Counsel for Respondent(s) : Zainul Abdeen .....Petitioner(s) Smt. Neha Parveen .....Respondent(s) Court, Court No.5 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
