1. Matter is listed today on an office note, pursuant to the letter of request received from the Court of Mr. Vineet Kumar, ASJ-02, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi seeking extension of time to dispose of Crl. Rev. No.194/2023 and other connected revision petitions filed by co- accused persons being, Crl Rev. No. 144/2023 and Crl. Rev. No. 193/2023.
2. This Court, on 12th February, 2025, while disposing of the present petition directed the concerned Sessions Court to dispose of the revision petition(s) pending before it, within a period of two months from the date of
order i.e., 12th February, 2025.
3. The letter of request from the ASJ seeking extension of time has been perused. In the said letter, it is stated that the order dated 12th February, 2025 passed by this Court was placed before the ASJ on 25th February, 2025 by counsel for Respondent no. 2, however, on that day arguments could not be This is a digitally signed order. heard as the counsel for the Revisionist was not present. Accordingly, the matter was adjourned to 24th March, 2025. On 24th March, 2025, part
arguments were heard and the matter was listed for further arguments on 16th April, 2025. Thereafter, on 16th April, 2025, the parties jointly sought adjournment for settlement of their disputes and accordingly, the matter was adjourned for 28th April, 2025.
4. Considering the above, the timeline to dispose of these revision petitions, as directed by this Court in the order dated 12th February, 2025, is extended by further two months from the date of receipt of the order.
5. With the above direction, the office note stands discharged.
6. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned Trial Court, immediately and without any default, for necessary compliance and information.
