The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: " It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and to direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ F.T.C., Gautambudh Nagar to decide the Original Suit No- 432 of 2018 Kuldeep and others Vs Mahendri Devi and others, pending before him, with in stipulated period of time as directed by this Hon'ble court, or to pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the present circumstances of the case, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned case is pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ F.T.C., Gautambudh Nagar for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ F.T.C., Gautambudh Nagar to consider and decide the aforementioned case of the petitioner, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amit Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : Kuldeep And 2 Others .....Petitioner(s) Mahendri Devi And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) in accordance with law, expeditiously after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
