This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Fatehpur in considering the representation of the petitioner dated September 6, 2025. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Fatehpur should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated September 6, 2025. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Fatehpur is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated September 6, 2025 within a period of six weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondents. 5. For a period of six weeks or till disposal of representation of the petitioner the recovery certificate shall be kept in abeyance. 6. In light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of.
