The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that though a report was called for as regards the call detailed reports of the mobile phone of the petitioner with other co-accused persons, however, she submits that in the meanwhile charge-sheet has already been laid bearing charge-sheet No. 241/2025 dated 13.04.2025. 3. In view of fact of the laying of the charge-sheet, this bail application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court and may pray for regular bail before the said Court, if so advised.
