GP FOR REVENUE 2 The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed aggrieving the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the lands admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.99 cents in Survey No.799/1 and an extent of Ac.1.99 cents in Survey No.799/2 of Kalavakuntla Village fields, Porumamilla Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. 2. The petitioner claims that her husband was assigned the subject lands during the year 1996 vide DKT patta No.1079 of 1996. Since the date of assignment, the original assignee was in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property and after his death, the petitioner came into possession of the same. It is further case of the petitioner that the staff of the 4th respondent visited the subject lands on 25.02.2025 and tried to dispossess her without issuing any notice and without following the due process of law. Questioning the said action, the present writ petition is filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed instructions, dated 07.03.2025 furnished by the 4th respondent. The same is placed on record. On perusal of the same, it is stated that the respondents never interfered with the possession of the petitioner. 3 4. In view of the assertion made by the 4th respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject lands, except in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
