When the matter came up for admission on 19.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Pallavaram to state as to how long she requires to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2023 & O.S.No.262 of 2023. 3. The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Pallavaram has sent a report stating that R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2023 is in the stage of argument and O.S.No.262 of 2023 is in the stage of marking of documents on the side of P.W.1/plaintiff.
