However, in case any cause of action, dispute, or interest still survives, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application in this petition itself for its restoration and necessary orders. Learned counsel for the respondents, though pleads ignorance to any such settlement, but submits he has no objection if the petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
