The case of the petitioner is that he had filed a private complaint against the respondents for constantly spreading false and malicious information about the petitioner before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the sworn statement of the petitioner has been recorded as early as on 04.12.2021, the petition has not been disposed of by the learned Magistrate. Hence, seeks the aforesaid direction. 3.
