Sri Naveen Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondent are present. 2. The instant application has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to quash the entire proceeding of case crime No. 395 of 2020, under sections 419, 420 IPC & 66 D of I.T. Act, Police Station Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA submitted that however by way of instant application, applicants challanged the entire proceeding pending against them but alongwith the instant application, they have not annexed the statements of the witnesses recorded during investigation. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file a better fresh. 5. Learned AGA is having no objection to the same. 6. In view thereof, the present application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 7. Office is directed to return the certified copy, if any, to the counsel for applicants after retaining the photocopy of the same on record.
