1. The present revision petition has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the charge dated 06.02.2021 (Annexure A/1) and order dated 18.01.2021 (Annexure A/2) by the learned PREETI KUMARI Digitally signed by PREETI KUMARI Date: 2025.06.18 16:00:07 +0530
2 Additional Session Judge (F.T.C.) Surguja, District – Surguja (C.G.) in S.T. No. 96/2020 and further pass an order of discharge of applicant from the charges u/s 376(2)<, 354-B, 354-C, 354-D and 509-B of Indian Penal Code and Section 67-A of Information Technology Act and thereby acquit the applicant, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw this petition, stating that the trial is in advance stage.
3. There appears to be no interim order passed in the present revision.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
5. The trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the trial and to conclude the same expeditiously, if the same has already not been concluded.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
