Present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to consider the application dated 16.3.2024 and pass order for further investigation and custody of case property (Bus Nos. U.P. 15 FT 6362 and U.P. 15 FT 6364) standing in from of the house of Respondent No. 4 in case Crime No. 0507 of 2023, under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 406, 311, 120-B, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Garhmukteshwar, District-Hapur. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the application dated 7.2.2024 regarding direction to Respondent No. 3, P.S. Garhmukteshwar, Hapur to hand over the possession of vehicles (Bus Nos. U.P. 15 FT 6362 and U.P. 15 FT 6364) registered in the name of petitioner in RTO Meerut under Registration Certificates dated 15.7.2022 so that petitioner may ply the same for livelihood." The petitioner has a remedy to file appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate. It is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
