Heard Mr. Ashutosh Thakral, learned counsel for the applicant (through video conferencing) and Mr. Chitrarth Kandpal, learned Brief Holder for the respondent. 4. Mr. Ashutosh Thakral, Advocate submitted that the informant has filed a complaint with the police. A notice dated 11.07.2025 has been received by the applicant, which was sent by Sub-Inspector Deepa Sah, Police Station Vikasnagar, District Dehradun. The said complaint has been submitted on the false and baseless grounds. 5. Mr. Chitrarth Kandpal, Brief Holder, on instructions, submitted that the applicant will not be arrested before the First Information Report is registered. 6. After the said submission of Mr. Chitrarth Kandpal, Brief Holder, Mr. Ashutosh Thakral, Advocate has requested to permit the applicant to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application. 2025:UHC:6772 7.
