The Writ Petition is filed challenging inaction of the respondent Nos.1 to 4 police in initiating any action against the unofficial respondents and their henchmen, despite a cognizable case having been made committed by them on 14.08.2024 as described in the complaint and representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2024 and 11.12.2024. 3. Considering the same, the respondent Nos.1 to 4 are hereby directed to take necessary steps on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21.10.2024 and 11.12.2024 in accordance with the provisions as contemplated under Section 173(3) of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita Act, 2023. 3 4.
