The present application, merely, seeks waiver of the cost of Rs.10,000/- which was imposed by this Court while allowing her petition on 17.03.2025. 2. According to learned counsel for petitioner, she is living in acute penury and has no real source of income to make her both ends meet. She is earning partly sum by doing odd household work and is living in complete isolation within the household in question. She also has to take care of her minor daughter, who is hardly ten years old and it is in the abovesaid factual backdrop that there is a request for waiver of the cost. 3. It is also infomed that as per one subsequent order passed by this Court, This is a digitally signed order. It is submitted that the next date before the learned Trial Court is now 05.05.2025 and learned counsel for petitioner prays that either the cost be waived or be substantially reduced and time be also given to clear the same on or before the abovesaid next date of 05.05.2025. 5. Respondent also appears in person. 6. After hearing both the sides and keeping in mind the facts disclosed in the present application, the application is allowed in part and the cost of Rs.10,000/- is reduced to half. 7. Let the cost of Rs.5,000/- be paid on or before 05.05.2025. 8. The application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 9. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
