This application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 275 of 2023, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Ante Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Janakpuri, District- Saharanpur. 2. At the outset, Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State submits that the applicant had earlier preferred an application under Section 528 BNSS numbered as 22621 of 2025 (Subash Chand vs. State of U.P. and another) for quashing the charge sheet dated 05.10.2024 as well as summoning/cognizance order dated 15.01.2025 and proceedings of the aforementioned case. The application was dismissed on merits on 28.07.2025. Learned AGA further submits that the said fact has not been disclosed in the present application. The present application is liable to be dismissed on this ground alone. 3. At this stage, Sri Anil Kumar Mishra, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application. 4.
