This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer for quashing of the FIR No.12/2018 registered at Police Station Nahargarh Road, Jaipur City (North) for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 384 and 448 of IPC. 2. Today, petitioner is personally present in the Court and submits certified copy of negative Final Report No.16/2021 with the contention that in pursuance of the investigation in the impugned FIR, the aforesaid negative final report has already [2025:RJ-JP:34982] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-662/2018] been submitted before concerned Magistrate, therefore, this criminal miscellaneous petition has become infructuous. 3.
