This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding the complaint made on I.G.R.S. Dashboard on September 19, 2024. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioners have filed the aforesaid complaint, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid complaint of the petitioners within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 6.
