The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the F.I.R. dated 19.8.2025 of Case Crime No. 0383 of 2025 under sections 109, 308(3), 115(2), 351 (3), B.N.S. at Police Station Deorania, District Gautam Bareilly." The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
