The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused No.2 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.36 of 2023 of Madanapalle I Town Police Station, Annamayya District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner/accused Nos.2 and another for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 I.P.C. 3. Case of the prosecution is that, on 27.03.2023 at about 10.30 am, the de-facto complainant lodged a report wherein, it is alleged that the accused lshak Ahamad Bodyguard, with his deceitful words made the de-facto complainant to start a startup company at Raslakhaima in Dubai. Further, on believing the accused, the de- facto complainant took Visiting Visa to the accused to send him to Dubai with his own money in the month of June, 2019. Thereafter, the de-facto complainant sent money to the accused through online banking several times. Subsequently, accused started a start up in the name of Malak International FZLLC., and for the establishment of the said company, de-facto complainant sent money several times, to a tune of Rs.1,00,07,050/-. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that a" the accusations are directed against the accused No,1 as there were business transactions between the accused No.1 and the de-facto complainant. The petitI®Oner herein Its the accused No,2, who js the wife of the accused No.1. It js seen that no specific accusation has been made against the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel appearI-ng On behalf of the petitioner submits that she is working as a Government school Teacher at MadanapaIIe and she never involved jn the alleged affairs of the accused No.1. 7. ln viewofthe aforesaid reasons, this court is inclinedto grant anticipatory bail to the petI-tiOner/accused No.2. 8, Accordingly, in the event of her arrest, petitioner/accused No.2 shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,00O/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each, wl'th two sureties for the ll'ke sum each to the satisfaction of the arrestI'ng Q ~.-`\a \` _ I- _-___ 3 POliCe Officials and also+on condition that the petl|tI-OnerShall make herself available for investigation as and when required and that she shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the PrOSeCutl'On Witnesses.
