Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that with respect to the averments made in para 7 of the preliminary objections of the written statement, the petitioner only wishes to further explain/elaborate that after 15.03.2015, the petitioner had again sold his crops to the plaintiff's firm and an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- was paid to him for the sale of the said crops. It is submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition, but liberty be granted to the petitioner to explain the said paragraph during the course of evidence. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that all the objections which are admissible in law be kept open for the respondents. 4. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. 5. It would be open to the respondents to raise all objections as available in law.
