This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus to direct the Commissioner Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to decide the Appeal No. C-202402000002914 (Chandra Shekhar Singh Vs. Rajesh Singh and Another) under section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending since from 24.12.2024, expeditiously preferably within some stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that against the decree passed in partition suit filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, an appeal has been preferred under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Commissioner Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to decide the Appeal No. C-202402000002914 (Chandra Shekhar Singh Vs. Rajesh Singh and Another) under section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
