Facts in brief as contained in the writ petition are that the petitioner was ex-Gram Pradhan and during her tenure she has worked under the grant amount allocated to the said Gram Panchayat in year 2019-20 under the 14th Finance Commission but the said amount i.e. Rs. 72,000/- and Rs. 1,54,403/- total of Rs. 2,26,403 has not been paid to the petitioner till date. 2. It is argued that though various representations have been made in this regard by the petitioner from time to time but till date no response has been given ultimately a complaint was made by the petitioner through I.G.R.S portal and on the said complaint a report was submitted by the Gram Vikas Adhikari/Enquiry Officer along with Block Development Officer, Block Mohammadabad Gohna, District Mau stating therein that certain payments has due against the petitioner and as soon as the payment will be released the same will be paid to the petitioner. A similar report was again submitted by the same Officer on 10.06.2024 but till date no action has been taken. 3. Heard counsel for the parties. 4. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation ventilating all her grievances before the concerned competent authority along with certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today.
