Vakalatnama filed on behalf of opposite party No. 2 by Ms. Sonakshi Arora is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Waseem Akram, learned counsel for the applicants as well as Sri S.P. Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and Ms. Sonakshi Arora for the opposite party No. 2. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that compromise has been entered into between the parties on 14.08.2025, copy whereof is annexed as Annexure-5 at page 45 of the paper book, reference whereof has been made in para 9 of the paper book. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that direction be issued for verification and in the meantime interim protection be accorded. 4. Learned AGA, on the other hand, submits that once as per the applicants, compromise application has already been preferred then the direction be issued for verification of the same. 5. Considering the said submission, the application stands disposed of directing the applicants to appear before the court below on 26.09.2025 along with the self attested copy of the present application, certified copy of the order and compromise application. On the receipt of the same, the court below shall make endeavour to put to notice the other party and thereafter verify the compromise application with most expedition. 6. Till the verification is done in the compromise application so submitted by the parties, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Tauseef Khan, Waseem Akram Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Arif And 2 Others .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) proceedings of Crime No. 10 of 1998, Criminal Case No. 2614 of 2006, under Section 307/504 IPC, P.S. Pakwara, District Moradabad, pending in the court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court no. 1, Moradabad. 7. The protection accorded to the applicants is only available subject to compliance of the terms and conditions and timeline as provided herein and in case of default, the order shall stand vacated without reference to the Bench.
