The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14701 of 2025(4) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 He is a person of clean antecedent. The allegations are false and fabricated. 5. In order to explore the possibility of resolution of the dispute, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Center. The report of the Mediation Center shows that the petitioner failed to appear on three successive dates in the Mediation Center. The petitioner also did not appear in the court below when the court below tried to refer the matter for mediation. The conduct of the petitioner shows that he is reluctant and apathetic for resolution of the dispute. 6. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, in my view, does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected. kundan/- (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) U T
