CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE.
ORDER 07.05.2025
CCP (S) No. 50/2022
01.
The petitioners through the medium of the present contempt petition, are seeking implementation of interim Order dated 17.02.2022 whereby the respondents were directed to permit the petitioner to be interviewed for placing in AGP-9000/ and it was also provided that result of the interview shall not be declared and the same be kept in a Sealed Cover.
02.
It seems that because of the non-implementation of the aforesaid interim order passed by this Court, Rule came to be framed against the respondents/contemnors during the pendency of these proceedings.
03.
As per the Compliance Report, the respondents have already conducted the interview of the petitioner and in terms of directions of this Court,
they have kept the result of the interview in a Sealed Cover. It also appears that the main Writ petition has already been transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal.
04.
Having regard to the fact that the interim order of the Writ Court stands complied with, as such, there is no ground to proceed against the respondents. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are closed and the Rule framed against them is discharged.
05.
Disposed of.
