Ms. Upadhyay has submitted that yesterday only the Final Complaint/charge sheet has been filed. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. The petitioner shall contest the matter at the time of framing of charges. After that, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again.
