1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for the following reliefs:
“10.1. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/writs, order, direction and direct the respondent to refund the endowment fund as released in favour of respondent by the ICICI Bank Ltd.
10.2. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the appropriate interest for delayed refund of the endowment fund. Digitally signed by SMT NIRMALA RAO

10.3. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost of the petition.”
2. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the amount of the endowment fund was released in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 28.8.2017. He would contend that the petitioner holds a fixed deposit receipt and may approach the concerned Bank for the withdrawal of the said amount. The letter dated 28.8.2017 has been placed on record by counsel for the respondent during the course of arguments.

Taking into consideration the fact that the amount of the endowment fund was already released by the University on 28.8.2017, and a letter was also issued in this regard, nothing remains for adjudication. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the concerned Bank for withdrawal of the said amount. The petitioner would be at liberty to revive his prayer if cause of action subsists.
5. With the aforesaid observation(s), this petition is disposed of. Sd/-
