Side) O R D E R This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for wilfully disobeying the orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.3344 of 2024 dated 15.02.2024. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the affidavit of the respondent was filed. It is submitted that after completion of elaborate and detailed investigation, the respondent police closed the case in Cr.No.245/2023 as * Mistake of Fact" and the Sub Inspector of Police served RCS No.23/2024 to the defacto complainant on 22.10.2024 through Register Post and obtained acknowledgement from him. Hence, on 04.08.2024, I have filed the final report before the Learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore vide E-filing No. C202400053 dated 05.08.2024 and the same was taken on file vide R.C.S.No.90 of 2024. On 27.01.2025, the defacto complainant appeared before the Learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, also received final report.
