This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondent no.6 from interfering in the peaceful the possession of the petitioner over the property of gata no.865 area 1.6030 hectare situated in village Kaithora Pargana and Tehsil Kulpahad, Police Station Ajnar, District Mahoba. (b) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the concerned respondents to direct the competent state authorities to remove the illegal fencing covering some area of gata no.865 in gata no.868, after conducting due inquiry in accordance with law by some independent authority during pendency of civil suit before the learned Subordinate Courts within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (c) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 02.08.2025 with within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, it appears to be a private dispute between the petitioner and respondent no. 6. 3. No case for interference is made out. 4.
