The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Taking the allegations to be correct, only simple injuries have been received by the injured. Pursuant to the arrest of the petitioner no recovery has been effected from him. As he is in custody since 21.05.2025, but none of the 14 prosecution witnesses have been examined so far the trial of the present case is not likely to be concluded anytime soon and therefore, he is entitled to the concession of bail, moreso when his co-accused, namely, Harpreet Singh @ Kali has been granted the concession of bail vide order dated 25.08.2025 in CRM-M-44969-2025. VINAY MAHAJAN 2025.09.01 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-47087-2025 #3# 4. The learned counsel for the State on the other hand contends that keeping in view the allegations levelled against the petitioner, he is not entitled to the concession as prayed for. He however concedes that the petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025 and none of the 14 has been examined so far. 5. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 6. The veracity of the prosecution case against the petitioner and his co-accused shall be adjudicated upon during the course of the trial. Admittedly, the petitioner is stated to be in custody since 21.05.2025 and none of the 14 prosecution witnesses has been examined so far. Therefore, his further incarceration is not required. 7.
