The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to quash the entire proceeding as well as impugned Charge Sheet No.09A/2025 dated 11.08.2025 and cognizance/summoning order dated 13.8.2025 passed by Additional Session Judge/special Judge Prevention of Corruption Court No.1/NDPS Act,Bareilly in Session Case No. 2097 of 2025 (State Vs. Bhoorey Singh) arising out of Case Crime No.09 of 2025, under Section 7/12 Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station Anti Corruption, Bareilly, District Bareilly (A.C.O. U.P.). 3. At the very outset learned counsel for the applicant submits that the instant application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach before the appropriate Forum for discharge. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 6. Office shall return the copy of the documents, if any, to the learned counsel for the applicant within a week after retaining the Xerox copy of the same on record.
