By way of filing this writ petition, a prayer has been made by the petitioner for issuing a direction to the respondents to allow him to join on the post of Vidhyarthi Mitra pursuant to the order dated 16.07.2012. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents apprised this Court that the scheme of Vidhyarthi Mitra has been closed by the respondents way back in the year 2015 itself, hence under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and this petition has become infructuous. 3.
