Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "A). a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the respondents to make the payment of post retiral dues such as Gratuity, Leave Encashment, salary for the month of October and November 2008 as well as the increment w.e.f. 2006-07 to 31.8.2020 and the full amount of pension w.e.f. 31.8.2020 till the date of actual payment with interest for the post of Assistant Development Officer (I.S.B.) within the stipulated period granted by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed representation dated 31.07.2024 before respondent No. 3, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 3 to decide the aforesaid representation within a stipulated time, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2024 in accordance with law maximum within period of four weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. In case, any amount is due, the same shall paid to the petitioner alongwith 6% interest from the due date to the date of actual payment. Petitioner is directed to annex photocopy of representation dated 31.07.2024 alongwith certified copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits. It is upon respondent No. 3 to pass order after considering the relevant Rules as well as facts of the case.
